Heat treatment

Our in house Heat Treatment Furnace is 6M Deep x 5.4M Wide x 4.2M High and is capable of taking a 30Tonne maximum Load.

The Furnace has standard programs for Stress Relieving and Normalizing which can be modified or completely altered to suit customer requirements.

As Fabrication Engineers we fully understand how important the final heat treatment of any fabrication is to the operation of that fabrication. This is why we record the job temperature using up to 12 thermocouples and not the furnace temperature.

We also understand how important delivery is, which is why this furnace is available 7 days/week.

This Furnace is equipped with state of the art touch screen programming and computer controlled processing and a EUROTHERM data recorder.

All our Furnace firings produce unique chart data which is printed as shown, these charts are supplied with signed certification to provide our customers with proof that the required Heat treatment specification has been followed.
